Coalescer
Edge Deteriorating coolant properties can lead to loss of precision in work
piece, reduced tool life, & heavy wear on machine parts, need for frequent
replenishment of coolant, & to avoid unpleasant working environment.
( smells, risk of skin disease)
Effective cleaning of the coolant circulation system is therefore common
sense & good house keeping & sound investment.

Tramp oil particularly should be removed from water- oil coolants,
as its presence can degrade the coolant properties dramatically,
thus considerably reducing its useful life such as
Loss of cooling & wetting properties
Deplete emulsifiers
Nullifying rust-inhabitors

Versatile Use
:
The mobile oil separator (Coalescer), can be used wherever there is a
requirement to clean & remove non-emulsified oil from aqueous solution
or remove tramp oil & solids from emulsions. The mobile unit can service
individual machine coolant tanks or containers with the help of float
assembly and self priming pump.
Air gets introduced due to pump suction connected to float assembly.
No specially trained operator is required. The unit can continuously run
without attendance and without hindering production.
Benefits
:
Removes floating or mixed tramp oils and solids from water, solutions
or emulsions.
Combination of various separation processes, guarantees maximum
effectiveness.
Cleaning during ongoing production- no machine downtime.
System uses no filters, no additional special waste.
Compact dimensions & high mobility.
No moving parts except self priming pump.
